10 workouts our team can't stop talking about 💪

Our team is – as you can probably guess – pretty obsessed with wellness. Our water cooler {Berkey} chit chat often includes essential oil recommendations, matcha brands and bath rituals. We love a workout, and here are 10 we've tried and loved lately –

NC Dance District: I'm a dancer more than a boot camp girlie sooo my personal preferred workout is a hip hop class. NC Dance District offers adult classes for all levels that are so. good.

MADabolic: Our team is obsesssedddddd with MADabolic. The intervals and technique are legit, but it's the culture that keeps people coming back.

Cross Conditioning Training: We just tried the new location in Midtown recently and loved the laid-back, personal approach.

AKT: Dance under the disco ball in SouthPark! We loved trying the combo dance and strength class.

Lemonade Fit: Head to Candice and her team of trainers for individual and small group training specifically focused on women's health. There's a South End and MoRA location so we're excited to be dual-neighbors with our Oakhurst opening later this year!

Jazzercise: Jazzercise CLT in LoSo has one of the most loyal client bases and teams I've personally seen in Charlotte fitness, and I know why. It's the perfect balance of fun-yet-effective.

Barre3: So excited to see Barre3's grand opening in Elizabeth! We love the holistic, welcoming approach to barre.

Hilliard Studio Method: Sometimes you want to get your butt kicked. HSM can deliver.

SPENGA: The triple threat of spin, strength, yoga is crazy efficient AND makes for a workout that flies by.

West Kept Secret: Boutique fitness at its best with this HIIT workout fusing cardio, strength and Pilates.

And of course - there's nothing like a great workout to make you crave / need / absolutely require a massage or sauna afterward. For that, we got you covered :)
