Our online calendar shows four full weeks of availability for our member bookings! If you don't see what you're looking for or would like to book further than four weeks, feel free to text us at 704-286-0906 for further assistance.
‍We highly recommend taking advantage of the advance booking priority and booking your next session at check-out after each massage!
The general public has access to limited availability through our online calendar.
Members also have priority on our waitlist, which you can join through online booking or by texting us!Will I be locked into my membership?
Nope! You can pause or cancel your membership at any time with no penalties. To make a change to your membership, please email [email protected]. Member credits are non-refundable.
Do I have to be a member to visit Mood House?
Nope. We have a menu of standalone services – check them out here.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes, at this time all Mood House services are for those 18+.
What are your hours?

What should I wear to my massage?
Whatever makes you feel comfortable! You can wear as much (think yoga clothes or undergarments) or as little as you’d like (most clients fully undress). Our therapists are experts in making sure you’re always covered with the sheet for privacy.
Can I share my membership?
Yes, you can share your monthly massage credits with friends, family or clients. We will also honor the member pricing when you bring guests with you to enjoy services.
Can I book a prenatal massage?
Yes, in the second or third trimester only. You can book the "prenatal" service or please let our front desk team know when booking via text or phone. We offer side-lying prenatal sessions supported by pillows and bolsters with light to firm pressure (no deep tissue).
Do monthly massage credits roll over?
Yes! You have one year to use each massage or infrared sauna credit from the date of withdrawal. And if you’re feeling generous, you can share unused credits with friends, family or clients.

Our private, basswood infrared sauna can help increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and improve sleep quality and daytime energy. It heats the body, not the air, so you can get the invigorating endorphin release you know from a traditional sauna with gentler heat. See more FAQ here.
Can I combine solo session credits to bring guests with me with the Oasis membership?
Yes! You can use two solo sauna credits to cover an infrared sauna session for two people.
Do the sauna credits roll over with the Oasis membership?
Yes! Massage and sauna credits roll over for one year from autodraft date.
Can I share my membership?
Yes! You can designate one person to have full access to your membership credits and benefits.
Do you offer meditation classes?
Yes, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for event announcements. We occasionally host special meditation events so you can learn self-care techniques to use at home!
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations/reschedules are subject to a 50% service fee, and cancellations/reschedules made at or after appointment time are subject to a 100% service charge or redemption of a massage credit if available. Do you accept HSA cards?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept HSA cards.
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
We take your safety extremely seriously – you can read an overview of our precautions here.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel my membership?
All membership changes must be emailed to [email protected]. If pausing, please include your desired un-pause date (up to 3 months).
