What if I'd like to give a physical gift?
The House Key Membership includes a leather member's key chain and a gift box when purchased in person.
Stop by Mood House and browse our retail selection including our signature, locally produced candles, Calm bath soak, Mood House merch and more if you'd like to add a retail item or a physical gift card to any gift.Can I buy these packages for myself?
Yes! If you'd like to purchase a package for yourself and have your credits available to use on your profile right away, you can check out by clicking "Book a massage" > "Individual Appointment" > "Become a Member."
*With the House Key Membership, how do the lifetime perks work?
After you use the included credits, you can book services at any time at the then-current member rate, and enjoy any then-current member benefits (like priority booking, ability to bring guests at member rate, and other surprise events and treats!) for life.
Member rates and member benefits are subject to change at any time. Once activated by you or by a gift recipient, the House Key Membership is not transferrable.Can I gift a 6-month or 12-month Mood House membership?

Do you offer couple's massage?
We do not – our massage experience incorporates several individual preferences so it is a solo experience! We recommend booking simultaneous massages (separate rooms) with a joint infrared sauna session to follow for some quality time.
What about gratuity?
Recommended gratuity is 20% and is not included in any membership packages. The recipient will be able to add gratuity after their massage or can pre-select it during online booking. It is a cashless experience.
Do you offer prenatal massage? Deep tissue?
Yes. We can offer prenatal massage in the second and third trimester only. We also offer deep tissue sessions at no extra cost. The massage credits will apply to these service types!
What about sharing? Are packages refundable?
Gift Membership and House Key massage credits are shareable! Packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
