Prefer e-delivery? Simply purchase a gift card for $298 (50-Minute Package) or $424 (80-Minute Package) online and we'll activate your guest's package when they come in for their first massage! What if I'd like to give a physical gift?
The Holiday Chill Package includes a luxe gift box and an individual serving of Holiday Chill Bath Salt when purchased in person.
Stop by Mood House and browse our retail selection including our signature, locally produced candles, bath soaks, Mood House merch and more if you'd like to add a retail item or a physical gift card to any gift.Can I buy these packages for myself?
Yes! If you'd like to purchase a package for yourself and have your credits available to use on your profile right away, you can do so by phone or in-person after any massage appointment.
With the Holiday Chill Packages, how does activation work?
Your recipient can bring their gift card in with them and activate the package at checkout after their first massage. To enjoy this seasonal promotional package, they must book their first service by April 1, 2026.
If they book after that date, no worries! They will still have the full value of their gift card to apply toward any a la carte services, and that value never expires.
The 3 included service credits of this promotional package are valid for six months from the activation (first visit) date.Can I gift a 6-month or 12-month Mood House membership?

We do not – our massage experience incorporates several individual preferences so it is a solo experience! We recommend booking simultaneous massages (separate rooms) with a joint infrared sauna session to follow for some quality time.
What about gratuity?
Recommended gratuity is 20% and is not included in the Holiday Chill packages. The recipient will be able to add gratuity after their massage or can pre-select it during online booking. It is a cashless experience.
Do you offer prenatal massage? Deep tissue?
Yes. We can offer prenatal massage in the second and third trimester only. We also offer deep tissue sessions at no extra cost. The massage credits will apply to these service types!
What about sharing? Are packages refundable?
Holiday Chill massage credits are not shareable. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
